in 1985, our history has started with performing steel processing and pipe works for new building, conversion and repair projects.
in 2002, Özata New Building Shipyard has been established in the new region of shipbuilding hub - Altınova, Yalova as a major step forward with using Özata's various experiences and extensive knowledge in the expertise - based industry - shipbuilding. Özata New Building Shipyard delivered unique projects and have a strong position in the global market.
in 2017, to widen the spectrum of services for ship owners and managers, Özata expanded its services establishing Özata Repair Shipyard in Altınova/Yalova. Since 2017, Özata Repair Shipyard delivered sophisticated repair, retrofit and conversion projects.
in 2021, within the scope of these services, Özata Repair Shipyard has brought its new aframax size floating dock into service for bringing its repair and conversion services to a wider scope for good clients and business partners.
